2. Services Offered

Techsharks provides AI-powered marketing, content creation, web development, and related brand-building services. All deliverables and timelines are agreed upon through written contracts or invoices prior to commencement.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are due as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
Delays in payment may pause project execution.
Taxes and processing fees (if applicable) are borne by the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, visuals, and concepts created by Techsharks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights specific to their project deliverables.

Techsharks retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Techsharks shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, campaign results, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta, Google, Shopify).

6. Confidentiality

All shared data, documents, and communications between the client and Techsharks are kept strictly confidential.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. All completed work up to the termination date must be paid for in full.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
