REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Service Confirmation
Once a project or plan is confirmed and payment received, resource allocation and scheduling begin immediately. Hence, refunds are generally not applicable after initiation.
2. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Cancellations before project initiation (within 48 hours of payment)
All refunds (if approved) are processed within 25-30 business days.
3. Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel mid-project, Techsharks will charge for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
4. Cancellation by Techsharks
In rare circumstances (e.g., non-payment, unresponsiveness, or violation of terms), Techsharks reserves the right to terminate the agreement and withhold refunds.
